I use Geyen regularly ( 1-5 times a month) I ALWAYS call them first! Their level of professionalism, speed, and quality of service keep me coming back! I typically try to include some constructive criticism in a review, in order to "keep it real" so-to-speak, with Geyen I just have straight up five stars, no complaints ever. Do not hesitate to use them you will not regret your decision.

We have used the Geyen Group for several years. Everyone on their staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. They are always there ASAP if there is an emergency, and they have very flexible hours. We manage about 350 apartment units near Lake Calhoun, and they work with us even when we are crazy busy! They do great work and have saved some real questionable carpets! 100% recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Geyen Group provides service for us on a monthly basis. They are absolutely excellent - the quality of their work is top of the line, they provide excellent service consistently, they are courteous, flexible and sensitive about the nature of our business while onsite. I highly recommend!
