yeah you guys didn't answer my phone call and also you guys are not located in the IDS center because I was just at the IDS center and your security wouldn't even let me up so that way I could you know get a loan yeah I just stopped by and you guys aren't real just a warning to everybody don't give none of your information to that website because this place does not exist I just stop by so have a good day and Also no one give your information never know

Very easy application process and acceptable loan rates. Easy re-payment process and renewal options if needed.
Needs a little work on the bank verification process and communication responses, but all in all a good hands on management to intervene in communication deficiencies.

If I could give no stars, I would. They don't respond to phone calls. Every call made to their customer service line directs you to leave a voicemail they don't respond to, and email response spotty an inconsistent. Very frustrating company to work with, and I would suggest going elsewhere if you are in need of emergency cash.
