      image The employee we talked too wasn't exactly rude or anything, but, they definitely were not warm and inviting. Come across as having a very condescending attitude. Decided to go on our own to purchase a newer phone from T-Mobile website instead of using the store's assistance. I'm guessing this is their preferred method considering the experience. Online showed the phone we were after was in stock, but was told on site that it was not available. Other than the wait no issues online. Bypass this store
