Sonnet is committed to providing a safe environment where parents can place their children, and where their safety and privacy are protected. Your concerns involved a minor child enrolled in our school, and for privacy reasons we cannot allow their identity to be released.Showing up on-site and insisting on information about another child and approaching their classroom was one of the reasons that we did meet with you right away. We could not provide a further meeting with the owners that day, but we did offer several alternate times which did not work ​for you and then we did not hear back. When we did hear from you, it was about the charges you agreed to per the parent agreement you signed at the time of enrollment.As childcare teachers are aware, the first few weeks of school are difficult on the vast majority of young children, as they adjust to new places and faces. For some children, this transition period can last several months. It can also be difficult on parents, many of whom are leaving their child for the first time. This process is completely normal.We would be glad to speak to the other parent you encountered about any concerns they might have; our records do not indicate a family departing our school for the reason you mentioned.We offer our employees a professional and respectful work environment and are proud to outdo competitors when it comes to pay scale and benefits.
