      image This store botched my passport photo, and thus my renewal application. When I came back for a refund the manager was rude and distrustful. She never even apologized, but seemed to be angry at me.
      (The photo itself is clearly non-compliant now that I check, but the manager blamed some government worker "having a bad day." No taking responsibility.)

      image These guys have been absolutely GREAT handling our printing needs. We used to use other providers but now any time we need any posters, flyers, or other materials for our business we have been going to this UPS store and they have been doing amazing. Even recently, we had a minor print quality issue with one of the posters we printed and they responded immediately to our concerns and reprinted it right away. Great customer service.
