      image I have a cabin and have used Culligan for serveral years, I was always charge a flat rate of $530.00 as a seasonal customer. This past summer I received a bill for $330.00. I thought the cost had come down. Then I began getting $75.00 monthly charges on top of the $330.00. It's extemerly difficult to get a person on the phone. I had mt tank pulled Oct. 24. I was told the November bill was an adjustment to the new bill process. When the Dec. bill came I finally reached someone who told me the owners decided to charge seasonal customers year around. Going from $530.00 to $1430.00 is ridiculous.
