The phone was answered at 8 am. Very prompt service, very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He explained to me what the problem could be. He told me what needed to be replaced and discussed the process. I give Fergus Well 5 stars.

I had a well bladder installed. Cost me $1200. Lost pressure again. Repairman came out, flipped the lever on my spin-down filter and left. Got a bill for $200 for a 15 minute visit. I'm 12 miles from Fergus Falls. Mileage is minimal, so this visit costing this much is just exorbitant. Service: Pump repairs & installation

I was very impressed with the customer service I received when I called before normal business hours and Tony answered the phone. He was very helpful in trouble shooting the problem over the phone and coming out quickly to provide a solution. Called them 10 minutes before they opened and was surprised someone answered. Tony tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone and called me back a few times to see how it was going. In the end they stopped out to get me going this afternoon. Couldnt have asked for better service. Both guys here were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Service: Pump repairs & installation
