DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I MOVED OUT ON 7/31/2023 AND THEY ARE TRYING TO BILL ME FOR A DAY'S RENT STATING I DIDNT MOVE OUT UNTIL 8/1/2023. PLUS KEEPING MY SECRURITY DEPOSIT. BUNCH OF CROOKS!!! THEY HAVE NOW SENT IT TO COLLECTION WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME!!!
ANY CURRENT RESIDENTS, MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT WHEN YOU TURN IN YOUR KEYS AT MOVE OUT.

The building is old and I have had to call maintenance several times for walls and ceilings leaking water. When the building switched ownership they just painted the walls and changed some features but the bones of the building are old and bad. Walls are thin. Packaging system is terrible. They don't use the locked boxes like they said they would so many people have their packages stolen. You don't get notified if something is delivered if its just left in the mailroom so I almost lost very personal handmade gifts my mom sent for Christmas last year. Didn't realize they were in the mailroom for 3 weeks. Lucky no one took them. My allergies have been non-stop since I moved in. Same with my roommates and a couple of neighbors who I spoke to. None of us thought we had allergies until we moved in. Old nicotine bleeds through the walls. Signs of water damage throughout building makes me concerned for mold too. I'm writing this with my eyes burning and water getting splashed on my drapes. Some people who live in this building don't care about their neighbors including clogging the trash chute, breaking glass in the pool, and smoking. Also leaving the garage and front doors open because they don't want to walk down to let people in. Very happy to move out soon. Only plus is that I just like Eden Prairie.
