At first the people there were friendly and showed me exactly what colors they were going to mix together to get what I wanted when I went in for a patch test. Well a week later they didn't use the same thing as we discussed because they ran out so instead of informing me they just acted like they would just do it their way. I wanted a violet purple and my hair is a very red purple. They said that I could call back in a week after it fades to talk about fixing it. And they made it sound like they would fix it for free. I already spent plenty of money there between all the bleach they used and the dye. Instead on the phone she says it's their policy I have to pay for the product even if it's their fault. They messed up so I shouldn't have to go in waste MORE TIME and and MORE MONEY than what I already did. I am furious that this happened. I have been to regency beauty institute and anytime they messed up they fixed it of no extra charge. NEVER will I go again. I almost never do these ratings but they do not deserve a good rating.

Wish I would have known you can get your hair done here sooner! Great place to get it all done! They are super friendly and nice, easy to talk to and explain what you want done. I like that the instructors are involved with the whole process and are there for the students if they are needed. I only wish that they were open later or on weekends for us that work late and can't take time off! ( could be make up hours for those students that need it)!

1st visit EVER! Taylor F. is a Rock Star! She's very skilled @ her job & is detail oriented.
The $$$ was surprisingly affordable. Definitely seeing her again! Her schedule fills up quick!

Horrible experience. Had a student tell me I was wasting their time since I had to reschedule a few times. I gave them a heads up telling them that I wasn't able to make it, it's not like I made them wait for me and didn't come. I'm never going there, I will NEVER get a hair cut from here if this is how clients are going to be treated.
Good riddance.
