I was in the store today to get a screen on my phone replaced. I was checked in be a lady. This was around 2pm. I knew I needed to wait my turn. So I looked around I decided to finally sit and the stor had cleared out and they hadn't called me. In fact the lady said, she would skip me because .I've was just a replacement. Well I realize you are on commission but when I need a new phone I will be concerned that I will be skipped over for a better sale. There was however a nice older gentlemen that was willing to help me. Thankyou to him.

This was my first visit to your store. I was so fortunate to have Ronald Schall help me! Ron was so patient with me as we went through my "list". He asked questions and we made changes to save a substantial amount on my monthly bill. I've been thinking about an IPhone upgrade. I'll be back to see Ron, trust me, I'll call ahead to make sure he's working when I come.
