Still amazed I was able to lose over 20 lbs in a few months. Seeing the immediate weight loss was a huge motivator, and trust that the plan works! The food is great, and there are so many options to choose for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Staff is very supportive and encouraging, focused more on my health and positive changes I was making than the weight loss (which they still cheered). I have so much more energy now, especially after work, and help me keep up with my daughter's busy schedule. If you stick to the plan you'll be amazed with the results you will immediately see.
