I am an employee of Parker Satrom Law, P.A. In addition to being a great place to work as someone with a young family, I couldn't imagine buying our home and getting an Owner's Title Policy anywhere else.
Tom Satrom is a Certified Real Estate Specialist with over 50 years of experience. When I came to him in 2020 to draft the purchase agreement and do the title work for our new home, he even remembered being a part of the platting process for our neighborhood. He made sure to point out a couple of the limitations on the Declarations that he recalled drafting for the neighborhood. Thankfully the limitations we were concerned about were expiring within two years, but his knowledge of the history of the area and eye for detail was very comforting to work with on such a large investment.
I also had the privilege of seeing the client's side of our real estate software while buying our home and was relieved that it was as tech friendly and a good experience not only on the closing side of transactions, but for the client as well.
As someone who had never worked in the legal field prior to this firm; I am thankful that I am able to sleep at night knowing that we look beyond the legal issues and into future for how relationships within a small community will be impacted long term. We have an experienced team that knows how to work together on multifaceted legal issues and I will continue to use our firm for various extended family legal matters for years to come.
