The UPS Store - Closed

Last time I was in the woman who greeted me was rude and full of excuses for why they didn't have a pickup for packages. Today I get there at 530pm, store is closed?? Hours stated till 630! Maybe an absent owner?

I came in to send out an Amazon return. It was sealed, label taped on properly, nothing had to be done beside actually sending it and apparently that can't be done at this store at all. I understand it's the holidays, but this isn't about a timely manner. You would think a business based on shipping could take a package and send it. I can't imagine any business not able to do the thing they are designed to do without backup plan under backup plan in case something happens. Especially during what must be their busiest time of the year.

So much attitude for returning an Amazon package today. Will definitely be going anywhere else next time even if its a farther drive. My first and last time at this location.

Bill is always crabby and unprofessional. Especially so if you're bringing in any type of Amazon return. Now it seems, he's decided to start making decisions on his own about the agreement for returns between Amazon & UPS. Even though this location is listed as a dropoff for Amazon returns, he will not take any returns with a qr code. Instead of reliably doing his job, bill has created a waste of time for many people. Hopefully others will read this, so they don't waste their time as well, as you will only otherwise find out when you get to the store. It seems as though this it's what bill wants, for you to go somewhere else. Which is what we were told after we got to his location. Shame on you bill, if you hate your job so much, you should find another!

Now you are simply lying in your reply. We brought you 2 packages with qr codes (not packageless), and you told us to go elsewhere. We've informed ups about bill's decision to not accept all Amazon returns, they said this should not be happening at any ups store location, and they will be looking into it. I guess we can add liars to the list of problems with this store as well.

My favorite part of my visit to this store is when Bill is at the counter. He seems genuinely uninterested in helping customers, almost as if our visit there to drop off Amazon returns or to ship packages is a frustration to him, and an overall drag on his day and business efficiency.
Bill, if you hate being an Amazon drop off store, then go tell your superiors at UPS and Amazon to restructure their deal to not put you out. Don't take it out in your customers.
Reading your other reviews, my going to your location is me trying to "support small business." You, personally , are the reason that many people are turning away from your store. Look in the mirror and try to hire someone who actually likes working with people, so you can go hide in the back and work with the spreadsheets and computers. Maybe they'll be more tolerant of your attitude.
