      image This store was extremely disorganized. It was difficult to find an employee to request a shoe size. The customer service was pitiful and this is very bad for business. Plenty of customers left frustrated, because no employee would attend them. We requested a shoe size twice, and it would be on the screen then disappear. No employee made the effort to let us know the shoe size was not available. The fitting rooms were surrounded by boxes, which is a dangerous fire hazard. There needs to be a better structure with this location in order for it to be successful. Hopefully these reviews are being taken into consideration. Employees cant be rude, it just discourages customers from coming back to the store. There needs to be better management team whose goal is to create a better shopping experience.
