      image Customer Service thumbs down. I went in there with a gift receipt to return two items. Didn't ask me how I wanted the refund.....she refunded it back to the gifters card. So now, not only am I out a gift, but I also have to have an awkward conversation with the person who gifted me the items from creative touch since they refunded it back to her card. Didn't try to make the situation right...just basically said tuff luck. Probably won't be back. :(

Usually if a customer presents a gift receipt the return is automatically put onto a gift card, so we absolutely will check into that glitch and do our best to prevent this situation from happening again.       image I have been going to CTB for about 4 years now as I live local. I like the variety of clothing styles they offer. The new building is very nice, I visited it about a week ago. Excited to see them expand their store. I love the clearance section and I can find some good deals. Some things are a little overpriced but that is like most of the stores in downtown Alexandria.
