My husband received flowers from his work for his sisters funeral.3/29/24. It was a glass cube with white mums, two roses and two lily blooms. I have never been so disappointed in my life. It looked horrible. The design looked bad. It was supposed to be an all-around arrangement. It was basically one sided and small. They spray-painted the Delphinium, it just looked bad not natural. When I called to complain, the lady on the phone only wanted to argue with me. She never once apologize. If youre reading this go to another florist.

The terrarium I purchased for my friends mothers funeral was beautiful
And when they couldnt deliver because no one answered they called me right away but then tried again later and delivered it

I only buy flowers from Fay! Not only am I always impressed with the arrangements, but more so the kindness I'm greeted with! It's hard to find good people in any situation these days. Fay is a breathe of fresh air! She has a lot of passion for her job and her customers. And it truly shows.
