I appreciate when you schedule an appointment and are not waiting 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment to be seen. The location is convenient, and the staff is professional and courteous. The selection of frames is varied, and the process time is acceptable. I would recommend SVS to all my friends and family.

They ask for you to come early, so Im there as asked appointment time 10:00 am. Im there at 9:15 wait until 10:15, there was only one person in front of me. Two others walk in after me with no appointment. But are taken back for there eye exam. Why make appointments and have people standing in your office with nowhere to sit? They cant afford chairs for there customers? Why schedule an appointment if that isnt considered at all. I recommend to just walk in no appointment needed. And much better service. Ive never been to a business with an appointment and never even had the chance to be seen? I think corporate SVS should either make it a walk in store or say we book appointments but if someone walks in and is paying cash you can stand here until our earliest convenience. Just plain inexcusable! Good luck to the appointment setters.
