Terrible Mean Girl approach by the two office Managers Shannon Vera and Breanna Flanagan toward my husband when he tried to have a face to face conversation with them.
They told him to leave, pushed him out of the door of the office and told him that they did not have to speak with him.
We are residents of Key Heights community for the last 16 years and this is how we are being treated. We pay our lot rent for a year upfront.
No one in higher FH Management office can seem to answer a phone or give a call back. All we get is voicemails.
This is how you allow your management staff to treat lifelong Residence?!
Do better be better!

Some management company!
Reached to them by phone and after a long list of people I didn't know, option for operator becomes available; leave a voicemail!!!
Tried to report an issue at Orchard Mall and never received a call back.
