They came out and took care of the lot next to ours. I believe it had been reported to the city. They were so fast and great! They cut the grass, weed whipped, and edged. It went from trashy to fitting in with the neighborhood. Very thankful they took care of it

the owner, tim is unbelievably rude. first snow fall of the season was a pretty heavy one. when they came and plowed my snow, my car was still blocked in. i don’t care if my car was in the way or not, common courtesy would be for you to get out of your car and remove the snow out of the way so at least my car isn’t blocked. what’s the point in hiring a company if my husband had to still shovel the snow so i can back out of the driveway?
the way he was talking to me was so unpleasant and unprofessional, i still can’t believe the conversation we just had on the phone was real. remove the snow behind my car, so that way paying you to plow my snow is worth my money. wouldn’t you agree tim?
