Called the next day left a message, no call back. Called again, employee said “ we never retrieve our messages from the machine”. The employee promised to call back the next day to clarify the back and forth question that I had with sprint and the employee, but never did call me.
I resolved my issue by calling sprint direct.
Different quotation in numbers,almost none of it was accurate and or 100% clear.
I will never deal with that store again. Going directly to sprint.
