Very poor customer service took my bike there to have it reassembled and they kept it for 2 weeks just to tell me they couldn't do anything all they said they did was adjust the idle. Then they have my bike running bringing it to me so I take off on it the next day I go out to electric start it and it won't work I had to kick it I checked the battery the battery was bad I bought the bike new the battery was working in perfect order before I brought it very very shady people don't trust them I came to them to talk about the problem but they pushed me away like I was some homeless guy on the streets begging or something when they did me wrong I advise no one to go there

Howards is great and reliable, if you need a part for motocross theyll have you covered fast paste and move fast, I get most of my parts from there, great service .

My experience at Howards was great Jeff helped me out with my 1inch throttle cable for custom handle bars. Great customer service and very knowledgeable and I actually learned something Thanks Jeff
