Destroys good, green grass every cutting. No expertise in lawn maintenance. Terrible edging, leaves muddy tire track marks on the sidewalks,
Huge bare spots of ground instead of grass, holes barren of grass, and old, noisy equipment. Scab teams instead of professional lawn crews. Has killed landscape with insecticides and weed killing chemicals. Doesn't deserve a star, contract, or any respect for his services. Destroys ground cover like weeds. Poor work ethics and cocky attitude with coowners legitimately complaining. I've added pictures of the mess they leave on the walks and grass after they cut weekly. Complaints only prompt them to do it more. Don Trivett owner doesn't inspect the work, resolve complaints, nor does he even bother to address any issues on the incompetent work he provides. A disgrace of a landscaping company.

Such a disappointment  to have them as our maintenance  contractor  at Madison Manor.  They're into pushing, piling snow. Too lazy to remove off the parking lot to corner common ground areas.   Than they blame the coowners for not moving their cars when we had a whole lane of cars moved in the center waiting for plowing 2 days. Tired of complaining about them. Summer is no better. They burn the hell out of the grass with chemicals, don't fertilize  properly, and blame coowners  for not watering. They've killed decades of ground cover, grass. Pictures illustrate empty spots that they piled the snow in front of the parking spaces, blocking access to sidewalks, center of lot from coming from units back into cars and center of lot. He lives in here and doesn't  pile it on his side of the lot. He removes it like he should to the sides of the lot. Poor excuse for ground maintenance. Than he lies and blames coowners  for his lousy plowing.

We have C-Mark landscape Full-Maintenance services since we installed the grass, many years ago. But we realize how great their services after trying other well-known company, now. Tried to combine all services at one place, But Going back to C-Mark again! Keep checking for Snow service if they started in our area, but not enough customers for snow & Its too far to come for only few houses.
Customer service from office is wonderful with sweet response every time as well as other services for complete maintenance.
