Tony and his team at TM wood are amazing. I ordered my stair treads, luxury vinyl flooring, and most importantly, he custom made my island and office out of rift wood. I made a late decision to change the color of my island, and Tony was beyond accommodating and I am so grateful he made my vision come to life. It was a lot of work, and it turned out beautiful. His entire staff, from billing to delivery were very helpful and kind. Thank you again for turning my house into a home! God bless always!

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about working with tony and the staff at tm wood products, everyone was always so polite upon entering and they make the experience about you which stuck out to me... Custom trim at its finest , will recommend you everyone!!

My experience with this company is the lowest I could expect from anyone. My order came in and no one called until I did to find out it was ready for pickup. When i went there the piece that came in had a noticeable crack on it for which they were silent. The funniest thing is that at the main entrance there's a sign saying "MASKS REQUIRED" but when you enter no one wears masks. I mentioned that fact and got dirty looks from the person I met with and what's more is that the owner came storming to protect his place of business with no respect towards me because I simply asked why would they not wear masks. This means protecting his ego and risking the public. Such people should have no business opening a business. However, be prepared to take chances of testing positive for Covid-19 after you go there, which means your life is threatened and if you recover you've already missed going to work and other things important to you for at least two weeks. But these people don't understand it. I would not recommend anyone to give business to a place like this.

Wasted my time..... Walked in and spoke with Lindsey (who was very helpful). I needed door and window casing for my entire upstairs. She guided me in the right direction, provided samples, and advised me that I could place the order by phone after I consulted with my contractor as they should either have the items in stock or can acquire them in a couple of days. After getting ahold of my contractor and getting the green light, I called TM back to place the order. I was advised I would get a quote via email, which I did. I replied to the email saying I wanted to proceed and inquired about payment, which never got a response. I called several days later during business hours, nobody answered and my voicemail was never returned despite me leaving the quote number and my phone number.
*Update to reply to idiotic response from owner***
If you don't use/check voicemail, you may want to have the presence of mind to disable it. How long have you guys been in business, lol?
