I've been very pleased with the staff and service at this office since moving from IN to MI this winter. We purchased a new home here, transferred two auto policies and added a third all in just a few months with Allstate as our new insurance company in MI. As I told their sales agent Jordan S., "The only part of our move/ home purchase that has NOT been stressful (and delayed) was working with your office. Thank you!" Each of the staff I have spoken to since on various home and auto matters were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and have a good sense of humor. Although I live on the other side of the state (MI) and have not actually visited this office I get the feeling this is a close group of people and they all enjoy their jobs. Not a small thing these days. The customer service is A+ excellent, compared to other insurance agencies both local and national/on-line. Sales agent Jordan was a huge help in helping with initial homeowner's estimates and then the whole process. Very patient with all my questions and policy changes, e.g. explaining the particulars of MI PIP/ no-fault auto coverage in MI versus IN.
I highly recommend the Miles Tharp Allstate office to anyone in need of new or transferred policy coverage for home and auto. We feel like we are in good hands, as the Allstate marketing logo says.
