i turned down regular full-time jobs to work for florida blue. i was told at the end of the contract, optech would help me find employment, they are not. i was told that i would make money in sales, did not get any phone calls. was told that i take too long on the phone so it put me at the bottom of the queue. i was told by renee that a payroll mistake was made and i was over paid! when asked what happened, i was told not to worry about it. i better not be expected to pay it back. my experience with optech has been poor.

My recruiter Jess and the account manager Virginia were great to work with. They did a prep interview to get me ready for the real deal. They were very transparent with the process from beginning to end. Communication was excellent, and Virginia checked in on me throughout my assignment. Did a contract to hire and got offered a FT position before my assignment ended. I would recommend def Optech.

There are so many good things about working with OpTech. One of the main thing is that, they are good at rehiring employees if OpTech thinks that they are worthable /fit enough
The CEO of OpTech RoniaKruse should make the ceo OF INFOMATICS rANGARAJAN RAGHUNATHAN staying away from her company as he spoiled her employees/company in India. Even though Infomatics worked for OpTechs requirements, rANGARAJAN has no decency and professional ethics to live with.

Please ask the CEO of OpTech to make herself eligible to identify good people in life without keeping anyone in the middle, but using her OWN BONE to punish the wrong people whenever RANGARAJAN RAGHUNATHAN peeks his nose into the CEO of OpTech and her business. Ms. RoniaKruse spoiled my Lenovo laptop without showing any professionalism to me unnecessarily.
