      image This location has a new manager, Norm, and he was great in wasting me with account information, getting a new lock for my unit and speaking to me about process changes since the old manager left. I was not satisfied with the old manager; however, Norm has turned that around and even offered ways to help me lower my rental fee. It has been a great new experience.

      image Norm, the new manager is very pleasant and informative and helpful. He goes out of his way to help in any way he can. We have interesting talks about football which I enjoy. He's very proffesional. He fits his position well.
      I do have a problem with your driveway leading to your facility. You would think it would be taken care of better. I hit a large pot hole and didn't appreciate that at all.Isnt there a way you can make a deal with the business next door and go halfs on repairing it? Thank you so much Norm for a job well done.
