This pharmacy staff is so rude. I called to ask a simple question and every time I started to speak, the lady cut me off and put me back on hold. I literally was put on hold 3 xs just to ask a simple question that couldve been answered in less than 1 minute. They definitely need customer service training because its ridiculous. Then they lied about ordering a particular medicine, stating that the manufacturer was back ordered when I had already spoke to and confirmed with the manufacturer that they are not back ordered and have no delay issues. They advised that some pharmacies just wont order.

The only reason that I go to Walgreens to fill prescriptions is the pharmacy manager, Ashley. She goes above and beyond to help customers, and she has been so great at helping me navigate the complications that insurance imposes for one of my prescriptions. Ashley is friendly, efficient, and a great problem-solver!

Lets address the elephant in the room. This store is ran by dumb foreigners that cant even speak two sentences in English, this goes for the male and female store managers or assistant managers what ever their job is. The pharmacy has a dumb foreign manager that cant even speak English either and is very rude. The pharmacy employees are lazy and rude. one time I had to pick up medication for a relative. The fat lazy short pharmacy employee told me I had to come back in 2-3 hours because she had to go eat when it literally could of took 30seconds to ask for my name, everything was already paid for. Its clearly the Walgreens corporate Mf dont give a damn about this location because this store is literally ran by idiots. The pharmacy employees and manager needs to be fire asap and the male and female store manager.

The Pharmacist is Very Rude Feema! She has other Customers Complaining!
(see google reviews)., This employee has No people skills!!! She is unprofessional, and does not care how she treats customers!
The only person that has ever been kind and polite to me is Ashley. That is the only person I will go to to have my prescriptions filled and speak to you by phone.:)

The female pharmacist refuses to fill a medication called in by my family physician, approved by my pain management Dr and covered by my medical insurance even after speaking personally to my family physician. The necessity of said medication was thoroughly explained to the female pharmacist and she is still refusing to fill the prescription. She is not my physician, she is not a Dr, she has not been treating me or overseeing my medical care for well over a decade and yet she believes she knows what's best for me and medical well being more than my two Doctors. Unless you want a pharmacist who will second guess your Dr and their care of your medical needs, go somewhere else!!!
