Talk about a smooth transaction!
As a realtor I've worked with many lenders. Jeremy is always on top of things. I never have to bug him for updates or push to keep things on task. My wife and I are in progress of buying we at first were refer to a different mortgage company and I suppose the lender themselves are good but totally didn't like the officer that a realtor said was good we did not and weren't satisfied, Our new realtor recommended Matt as well as some others but highly recommended Matt, Because they are local we decided to use them and Email Matt we told him our situation and he immediately contacted us we are dropping our old lender like a hot
Potato and going with Matt, anyone looking for a lender I would, recommended prime and ask for Matt, He took time to call us on a Fri night at home and started our application , he is very easy to talk to and will do what he can for you. I don't normally do reviews and only do so when I feel strongly one way or the other. IN this case would rate services 5 his people skills 5 knowledge 5
