Horrible Experience!!
I reserved Volkswagen Jetta or similar vehicle category (2weeks prior to my travel date) & to my surprise was provided a pickup truck. I had several calls and discussion with customer support and also in person & not to complain they have the worst customer support staff who dont have any knowledge of their business and website.
I would not recommend this car rental especially @Troy.

I reserved a car a month in advanced. But they still didnt have what I wanted and they made me pay extra for a car that I didnt want

Definitely would leave a zero if I could. Worst experience ever. We ended up not getting a the car we paid for ahead of time and were treated horrible. Said we needed a 300 deposit which was fine but they ran a credit score and said we could not rent. What the heck is that. They were also yelling at another customer about needing thier license. Just the worst experience ever. I will from now on return to enterprise where we have had great experience and never an issue with renting a car. Top it of their customer service was way better. Avoid this place at all cost.

1. You call and they tell you I have a Nissan for you $65 secure on line and over phone...
You arrive via uber 60 minutes
later and they tell you only a high end $140 a day available.
2. I rented over the summer and because of a $500 approval required on my credit card the owner called me and text me repeatedly threatening to call the cops and to bring the vehicle back immediately! I was at a charity even across town so yea right!
I had to simply hit the approved button on the app and funds were released immediately.
They flagged my license to not be able to rent from there but never told me. And they kept insisting it was the secretary of state issue when I needed a specific vehicle they had recently.
I actually went to secretary of state. Wasted my time to confirm my license is legit.
they are not!
Not cool and definitely not professional.
Your money is green everywhere ! They may charge lil less as a deposit but, guess I know why...
Some business should shut down then misrepresent a name that I feel is of quality and Itegrity I know to be Budget or Avis

Good experience - car was nice and clean and ran very well. I went to Chicago from Detroit. Price was fair.
