      image Great over the phone support! You get a friendly AMERICAN. Had a desk phone where the headset went dead on us, we could talk on speaker phone just fine, but we couldn't hear anything on the headset side of things. I called Anavon, someone picked up right away. They talked me through a factory reset and we got the phone working again in 5 minutes!!!
