Working with Justin as a first-time homebuyer was a great experience! He was so incredibly thorough and knowledgeable that my fiancé and I are absolutely certain we won't run into any surprises when moving into our new home. He arrived early, answered any questions we had, and let us know to stop him at any time to look at or ask anything. Our report was also ready in just a couple hours. I can't say enough positive things about working with Justin! Absolutely use him for any inspection needs!

Phenomenal experience working with this company. Justin especially was very responsive and scheduled an appointment fast and easy. The price was very good, Justin was very polite and respectful in the process. Very thorough with his inspection and work. Does not take any short cuts. Very informative and I highly recommend this company if you’re in the house buying or selling process.

Wow the inspector was great! Had so much information for me, was friendly and did a very thorough inspection. Every room we went into he shared something with me, tips, suggestions and what repairs it needed. So glad I choose Premium Home Inspection.

Justin is wonderful! We called him last minute for our first home inspection, he was able to squeeze us in and even got there early. He looked at absolutely everything and presented us with all the findings at the end, as well as in a perfectly presented report not long after (SAME DAY!) We ended up having to pass on this house because there was just way too much wrong, and all thanks to Justin for finding it. Fast forward to a few weeks later and he came out for us again for another inspection! Again he arrived early!! This time it went so much better and he left us with confidence that we were making a great purchase. 10/10 would recommend Justin to anyone who needs a home inspection and we will be sharing his information with anyone who asks us for a recommendation.

Overall, great! And for a more reasonable cost than other home inspection companies in the area. Scott was prompt and polite when scheduling and quoting. Worked with our realtor to make the process logistically easier for us. Inspection was thorough and comprehensive reports were delivered quickly. Readily available for questions throughout the process. Highly recommended for any home buyers in the Detroit area!
