Most of the time I can find what I need. Sometimes hard to find someone to help you

I purchased a faucet for my kitchen back in march, the product started leaking from the top and caused water leak in my kitchen. I took it back, they told me there was only a 90 day warranty from Lowes. So I went and bought a new faucet from them at 1:15 pm, took the product home and opened it, this item was closed with plastic straps both ways. I had to cut the straps to open, parts were missing, and the faucet was dirty. As you can imagine this was not ideal. I took took the product back around 1:40 pm. They had the plumbing person (Otis) look ay my return. He told me it was used and had missing parts. Then the manager (Julie C ) came over and told me that they could not return this product because it was used. Clearly this was not used by me. I proceeded to call customer service and spoke to (Chantel). Once I explained everything on the phone she told me since the manager deemed the product used and would not issue a credit to buy another one. I was astounded by the the lack of common sense these people have. I purchased the faucet and retuned it all within 25 min.
After being a Lowe's loyal customer for over 10 years it is very disheartening to say that my family and I will no longer step foot in their stores. Thank you Home Depot for assisting me after this horrific experience.

Was at Lowe's and Home Jocko ....at least Lowe's has a check out lane open.....and I could find a straight board.... and they had what I was looking for when Home Jocko didn't.,... THANK YOU.,..
