I was really disappointed by the haircut that my brother-in-law and my brother received after complaining to management instead, they showed me attitude which I found very rude would not recommend, zero out of 10 but zero is not even an option.

Worst hair cut ever me and my brother came here to cut our hair for an up coming event and my brother suggested we get our hair done here the person that was cutting my brothers hair said that she could do it but in the middle of the process she cut the hair like she didnt care and the persons name is Ben HORRIBLE HAIR CUT !

I would not recommend anyone cut hair in here specifically men. Trust me they just ruined mine and my younger brother. Told one of the lady put line up for my brother but messed it up. And the other one name is BAN she put all over 0 on my hair. From the beginning I told her even showed where to put 0. My hair fully look messed up.

The girls that were working were nice enough. My husband and I both went to have a haircut. My husband wanted his beard trimmed. We both have pretty simple cuts four up the back blend everything and I do a spike in my hair my husband, simple four spike and a beard trim from his chin down. The person doing my husband could not figure out how to do a beard trim so hes home trimming his own beard now, instead of doing a trim, she started to shave his beard off so one side of his face is missing part of his beard from his ear down so he has to shave the whole thing off now she did not understand what he was asking her to do trim from his chin down just shave that up. I got home did not have her put any product in my hair because Im not paying extra and the left side of my head was 3 inches longer than the right side the right side looked like it was shaved the sides of my head instead of being wispy was cut straight up and did not match and the bangs that I asked for to be on an angle werent cut at all. I spent 20 minutes at home re-cutting my own hair very unhappy. I dont understand why it was so difficult we will not be going back there ever again .
