I'm not sure why all the 5 star reviews, but maybe I did something wrong here. Todd did take action and get to the boat to do a survey quickly, which was appreciated. However a surveyor is a professional and their report to me is of utmost importance in being factually correct. The report took 2.5 weeks to receive, I received no communication regarding when it would be completed and no initial report after the inspection (until asked and then it was a few words only).
The biggest issue for me with the inconsistencies in the report was it said he went up the mast to do an inspection. I requested this from Todd prior and he said he was not qualified to do so, so you can imagine he provides me a cut and paste report with numerous errors and this is one of them.
I also never received any formal invoice of charges billed.
There seem to be a million surveyors out there, I would try another.
