Tmobile has been a horrible experience for me this year. I'm sick of this company. I've been waiting for a replacement phone for 6 months and I keep getting the runaround. I'm thinking new year, new cell phone company.

Leo is my new phone guy. Last night he and Mike helped us. Customer service was above and beyond.
A really great impression representing T-Mobile.
Highly recommend this location and these guys helping you out with any of your cell phone needs, even taking the time to explain the best way to use the phone in our situation. Leo really knows his phones and the features and the differences between them.

This is my store to go to. This is where I go to upgrade my phone. And if I have any other issues.
Manager is personable and a gamer
Workers are nice I wish I knew the guy who is there when Im there. I think Latrell, trell I am embarrassed I forgot his name.

Jazzmin made it easy to switch over carriers and walk out with a new (working) phone. She was very helpful with explaining costs and figuring out how I could get everything I needed.

Lol. horrible customer service. The little white guy with the tiny hands was super arrogant and condescending until my husband walked in. The black girl walked through the back of the store and when we left she was sitting in her car. When we drove off she went back in to store. Avoid this store. Complete foolishness
