I've been working with John and Jess from Big Water Technologies and they are one of the most experienced and knowledgeable IT services companies that I have come across. I recommend Big Water Technologies for SMBs that are looking for a new MSP or IT Support partner. Bonus - they are excellent with phone systems and cabling. Especially for office moves, setups, and ongoing management, I haven't met many IT companies that are better prepared to provide amazing service.

This company is absolutely TERRIBLE. We are a small office and they talked us into switching over to them with our phones and it has been nothing but problem after problem. Everything is so difficult, and nothing is working well. all they have done is come in here and disrupt our entire office. We paid 5,000 for the service to be switched over and we still drop calls and loose signal. Which was the entire reason why we went with them in the first place. Now we cant receive or send faxes successfully. Their tech team isn't good and no one knows how to correct it.  A complete joke of a company!!!!!!
