I have had nothing but lies about the agreement in my contract. I paid main heating & cooling,and I have not recieved good customer service nor have I received respect of a follow up call to me about my concern as you the work "labor" that I was suppose to have recieved. I would advise you not to give this company your time or money because their warranty have no value in the work.

I called this company yesterday Tuesday 12/27/2023 because my water heater stopped working. A lady answered the phone, I think her name is Amanda she took my information and told me they will send a plumber to fix the issue on Wednesday 12/28/2023 between 9 to 12, I took a day off from work just to wait for them to come and fix my water heater and nobody showed up! I called back again asking them if theyre gonna send somebody and the same lady answered said your name doesnt exist in the system! I was like I just called you yesterday even if the system didnt save my appointment, dont you remember I called you yesterday?!! I was so mad. I told her that I am not going to schedule an appointment with them again. instead of satisfying her customer by sending someone to fix the water heater in that same day or giving me some discount she was like OK its up to you if you dont wanna come with us its not a problem!! One joke of a company ZERO customer service skills and very bad with their appointments.

I've had 2 other separate heating and cooling companies come out to try and fix a smell issue in my house, hundreds of dollars. Within seconds Main knew what the smell was coming from and solved it and charged me $110 dollars. Amazing! I'll be calling them again in the future. Service: A/C system maintenance

Last night I called their after hour emergency line , we are family of 6 in Shelby Township.
Around 8:00 pm our hot water tank blew , we have a 1 week old infant in the house and we started to smell gas and none of us are that familiar with heating and cooling obviously or we never would of called an after hours emergency line , who state they are open 24/7.
We called told them everything and we needed help asap , money was no object needed it done and wanted to be safe having young children in the house and I also have leukemia. To say the least we called and gave all them information and we needed help , guess what they never responded !!! Not even a call back to say they couldnt help , so my son and husband ran to Lowes paid over $1000 and got in touch with a great friend who helped us out !!! So if you looking for reliable resources dont bother , very very unprofessional, these people should take down their 24/7 emergency respond website !
THEY SUCK !!!!!
