I hired this company to do a plot survey on an already existing home to confirm boundaries and mark easements for a pool install. Their work consisted of confirming previous stages with a metal detector, except one post they couldn't find. That stake was set about 5 feet back from the left side, confirming my previous belief that the markings were off due to tree roots. So I am left with an $115" bill for one hour of work, no drawings confirming boundary, and no real confirmation of the back border. They refuse to respond to complaint email and phone call and just keep sending the bill. I would not deal with this company since there are so many options. I'm still not sure how to resolve this problem but o would avoid them with so many other options.
