image This company is unbelievable, the communication is just horrible! I had a pipe burst in the wall in August and were now in February and the work is still not completed correctly, the work that was done was not acceptable work at all. I am completely dissatisfied.
Just want to add that it is now March of the following year and I still do not have completed work that was supposed to be taken care of and they still have a lockbox at my residence. It was horrible quality work that was done and not even an attempt to fix the problem maybe thats why two project managers left the company in the process of this job.

image The best part about working with this company was them being the middleman with the insurance and that my tile looks great. Other than that communication was horrible. Never knew when anyone was coming or going. Sent a tile guy to my home that spent the entire day doing the job wrong. It was apparent he was hungover from the previous evening because he reeked of booze. I called to tell them to send someone else. Then the guy showed up out of the blue at my home when he wasn't supposed to be there and as I'm loading my toddler and baby into my vehicle he comes up to me and asks me "why am I being booted off the job". There was a large hole in my kitchen ceiling because that's where the leak started. A drywall guy came here to start fixing it with an attitude making comments saying "this is why I do fiberglass and not a shower pan. Guaranteed to have this happen to you again." Slapped on some mud and left. So they replaced him. The other guy wasnt much better. Had I not pointed out everything that needed to be fixed or touched up it would've been completely looked over. I had to make him redo where they broke through during demo because it was extremely noticeable and still looks bad. The kitchen ceiling looks extremely lumpy its terrible. Needs to be sanded properly and repainted. They had the tile guy (not the plumber) install the shower heads, so my hot water came out cold and the cold came out hot. The handheld was squirting out everywhere from the base. Had to have my husband tighten it on properly. Not really the tile guys fault since again he is supposed to just do the tile work not the plumbing or finishing touches. I have a tiny bathroom. With the amount of time it took this company to do the work in my tiny bathroom and get it done it shouldve been done well. I had to wait since the beginning of December until mid February. Also, Instead of using greenboard on the ceiling in my shower they drywalled. I expressed my concerns about how I didn't want to have to deal with mold growing on my ceiling. I was told it's fine to use regular drywall. They also left a mess when they finished. They made sure to ask for payment and sent the contract to my husbands email for him to sign. They even went as far as to have an employee come here to pick the check up asap. I also had to complain to google, yelp, BBB, corporate, the FTC, and the attorney general of the state of Michigan because this franchise doesnt care or respond. Also they were not happy with me publicly making a fuss about all this so they basically attacked me by coming back to my home and slapping mud on everything acting like they cared and were going to make amends but then said never mind they won't come back because of my complaint. I've already paid you in full for a terrible job that your manager dropped the ball on and didnt even come back to check out the finished work. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Youre a real piece of work. Sick and tired of your games and repeating myself. You have confirmation of a text message from me saying I love the tile work. Pay close attention and re read all my complaints you have saved over again because as previously stated in the first sentence of a complaint that the tile was good and the 2nd tile sub contractor was the only good experience we had. Also you had my husband sign the contract instead of me when I was the one monitoring all the work. AND AGAIN A CONTRACT SHOULDN'T EVEN BE SENT UNTIL YOU HAVE A FINAL WALKTHROUGH. Which yet again here I am saying you dropped the ball. Me and my husband obviously already paid you in full all we want is the work to be finished properly. Which it isnt. I dont blame your employees for feeling as uncomfortable as I do because YOU made it this way by taking it this far instead of just responding to me before I had to call corporate and complain in the first place. When a good and reputable business owner would just apologize and make attempts to fix things. But not you. I wonder how many people this has happened to that just gave up and was swept under the rug. Not this time.
