Saw this place on indeed for the flint michigan area janitorial work decided to look at the reviews first and so glad I did! Thanks everyone! I see why they are hiring! Poor management chases away workers! Sounds like this company has nobody to blame but themselves for how they are.

I loved working where I worked and the people I worked with, they were like family. AND THAT WAS THE ONLY GOOD. They hire managers that have zero experience in the business and this power goes straight to their head. There's no communication, they lie constantly, and they allow their "puppets" to do as they please while punishing the ones that complain about the puppets. You will be on your own in terms of support or supplies.
If you question or complain about managers ethics or ability, they will fire you for whatever trumped up excuse they can find.

The management is beyond horrible at West Olive plant. Worked here for a month & got fired due to missing too many days (in short: my grandma passed away: took a week off to grieve, just recently: took off a day due to having a severe migraine and throwing up from pain)
Yet, every Caravan worker is smoking Thc pens on Consumer Energy site, theyll take 2-3 hour long breaks, ive seen multiple people taking Consumer workers lunches from the fridges, theres Caravan workers who have sexual relations with Consumers workers.ON THE JOB, Yet management decided to fire the only person who actually took their job serious. someone who actually cleaned and got many extra things done without being asked.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE! PAY IS GOOD, hours are manageable, but management? beyond horrible!
