I went into Outback today and was greeted by a familiar face. I remembered him because of the service I received from him on my last visit. Angelo Evans is the best. He is very professional and his top priority is taking care of customers. He provides stellar service at all times. Come to Outback and see Angelo Evans! He will make your day!

This Outback steakhouse is located on 12 Mile Road and Gratiot Avenue in the city of Roseville, Michigan. This restaurant needs new employees badly. We were a group of 4. 2 of us never got bread even after bringing this to the attention of our waiter. We ordered water and a coke to drink it took over 30 minutes. The guy that ordered the coke only got it just before we left. The only reason we didn't walk out was because we had a good conversation going. The steaks were undercooked, then over cooked then, and the portions were small. We brought this to the attention of our waiter, but nothing changed. The waiter ignored us several times. We did eat what was brought to us, and we paid for it.
I had a bad experience at this Outback , 7 years prior. I went there this time thinking that maybe the situation might be better. I was wrong it got worse. I will not go back to this Outback.
