I love this place. Its clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. I had to cancel at the end of last summer but Im back in the area so naturally this was one of my first stops. I ran in and signed up for a new monthly membership with a blonde girl (wish I remembered her name) she could not have been more helpful.
I came in the next morning to tan, a girl with dark hair was working - she was quite possibly one of the most unpleasant humans Ive come across working in customer service.
I know looking for good help is hard right now but if I come to tan and shes working I would rather leave than talk to her. Service: Tanning

Friendly staff clean rooms and beds love their thermal cups holds twice the amount of a normal cup. Level 4 and 5 really nice builds tan quickly.

I called ahead of time as a new customer to find out pricing on a Versa Spa. I was told since I have never tanned with you before that my first visit would be free. I was like okay cool, I get there and Im charged $15 to my card which is fine whatever. So I go back to the versa spa and I start getting ready and the machine isnt working, I came out to let your employee know the versa spa wasnt working and she told me to wait a minute, that minute turned into like 25 minutes. I had to get naked and dressed two different times. My husband had to call up here and tell her that the bed still wasnt working and I was back there pretty much naked and needed assistance. So after sitting at your salon for over 30 minutes, I was told that the Versa spa wasnt working and they tried to send me to another location. I was also refused a refund. I managed a SunTan City, this place was completely unprofessional. Im not sure if youre understaffed or what but if you only take walk ins. Make sure you have the staff to cover that. I came in March 3rd and that was my first and last time at your establishment. Service: Tanning
