I was a little skeptical because the process was so smooth and responsive to book so I was afraid that the job might not live up to my expectations but I was wrong. My floors looks FABULOUS thanks to Fabulous Floors.

We went through this business to get our floors done. All we wanted was to get a polyurethane coating on our floors to help strengthen them. They did not do our floors right we keep on seeing all of these scratch like spots on our floors which actually is the polyurethane peeling up from the floors. This should not happen if it is applied correctly, which in our case it was not. I have attached a photo of one of several marks all throughout our house and a definition of what the polyurethane is supposed to do which clearly ours is not right. Now we’re going through a different company who actually knows what they are doing and even said that this was totally wrong. Very disappointed with our service. Now we need our floors sanded and redone which will cost us much more money. Thanks a lot!!

I should have looked these people up before I booked them. They were supposed to show up between 9 and 9:30 on friday. At 9:40 I called them and was told they were finishing another job and they'd get to me next. I gave up waiting for them around 3 or 4 o'clock. I left a voicemail asking if they were going to show up the next day. After 10 at night I get a text message from some guy named Eric saying "sorry, you got overlooked." Two more voicemails and no one will call me back. I found someone else to do the floors next week, and let Eric know, and he just got insulting. Completely unprofessional.
They F'd up, would not own up to it; never offered to make it right; even when they planned to show up they never let me know.

tl;dr: They probably won't ever even show up and their communication skills are like that of a toddler, much less a professional company.
Called fabulous floors to have my hardwood floors refinished. They initially gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled a day approximately 2 months out for them to come do the floors. I never heard from them again. The day they were supposed to be coming out, I had to call several times to see if they would be showing up. They didn't. Then I got delay after delay, promised discount after promised discount, and excuse after excuse about why they couldn't come out yet. They also changed the quote and increased the price the week they were supposed to come out because they never saw the layout and wood floors in person. Eventually, both Jeremy, the person who was scheduled to come, and the number listed on the company's website stopped returning any communication at all. Go with somebody who is more professional and will actually come do work.

I had my floors refinished & within a few weeks I have scratches all over my floor. I do have a dog & there’s No way he made all these scratches. I called Matt he said to send pics I did never heard anything. I called a week later he said he never received them I resent them again. Today 1 week later I still haven’t heard a word. I called him today to have someone come out & look at my floors. I hope I can get some help! I don’t think the polyurethane wasn’t put on thick enough. I can’t wear my heels in the kitchen because of scratches!
