RTC is by far the Best! I have used many other answering services/telecommunication companies and none of them have had the capabilities and expertise of Rochester Telemessaging Center. I own multiple companies and RTC has not only saved my companies a good deal of money, but they have greatly improved our company image. RTC showed me a way to run my businesses more efficiently and at a cheaper expense. I especially had Huge savings and much, much better service switching to RTC with my medical company. The cost savings to have RTC's service Far outweighs trying to do it yourself, or having a different answering service, or trying to start your own call center (we've tried multiple times). RTC's custom-made technology with A.I. will give you options that no other company can offer. You couldn't ask for a better service! I Highly recommend RTC, without reservations!
