Ive been here for almost 5 years and Ive never met Dr. Kennedy. The PAs do get your problem solved but if you arent an old patient or have something seriously wrong, you will never have an appt with her. When you call, youre left on hold for at LEAST 7 minutes. Ive been left on hold for over 10 minutes. Im not a fan of most of the PAs there and its almost impossible to get a prescription refilled. Office is always clean, but thats probably the only saving grace for me. Save your time and go somewhere else.

First time and I was very impressed. Everyone from front staff to NP was amazing. Geri answered all my questions and was just very nice. I will definitely come back to continue my treatment plan. I think I finally found the place where I can feel like myself again.

I am in SHOCK of the poor treatment I received from Ashley Babi NP. (my session ended in me crying, and none of my concerns resolved, so she told me that I Can find a Dr that treats based off of symptoms if I wanted, due to her needing updated blood work, which my current bloodwork was only slightly over 90 days old) She was completely dismissive of my concerns and issues-rude, zero compassion, could not actively listen and empathize with me. She refused to give me scripts for my surgical menopause and hold me over until my new blood work came in. You would think I was asking for narcotics! Ashley, you took a medical oath of ethics-you are so unprofessional and I pray you stop treating people like this. She was 45 minutes late and didn't seem to care-she had a smirky look on her face the entire time, I felt she was VERY judgmental-just by her expressions. She made me feel HORRIBLE! The front desk is also quite unorganized-they called me 3 times to reschedule with my initial NP(my reason for seeing Ashley), they seem to have communication gaps.

Weve been patients for a number of years and have mixed experience. Often difficult to get information via portal, difficult time scheduling appts, poor communication with staff, etc. Some good experiences - too many poor ones!
