Lies! Was told they would get me approved through their bank didn't happen... Knew I was leary of buying a home because last bank backed out on me but assured me I would get my earnest money back if that happened again didn't...lost 3000.00 and my current home ended up homeless and do you think they did anything to help....NOPE! Doesnt even have the balls to call me after he lied makes his office people call me a liar lol...stating he never said that! Really? I call BS! Never use these people...there are better companies that wont drop the ball and leave you homeless with lies!

This person lies. Because he said he works with all credit scores and so he should be charged with false advertisement because when we were in there he said he can work with us and told us about getting our credit score up and blah blah blah.

I had star officer help me find my home and to be honest without her I don't think I would have one i may have a house I'm stuck with for years but with her i have found my home. When buying a house for the first time you basically need a translator for all the terms and process. Star was that translator for me. AND SHE WAS HONEST AND TRUE!! She made this process so easy by working hand and hand with the lender the seller the title company. I did all of what I needed to do in about a day. She did the rest. I had my home in 30 days when we thought it was going to be 3 months because of the effort she brought to the table. She goes above and beyond to make sure it's done right and in a timely manner to make sure you can get into your new home on your schedule. She also cares about if this will be a home or just a house to you. If your not happy she'll find you a house to love or find a way to sweeten the deal to where both parties are happy (seller and buyer).. I feel like all brokers and realtors could learn a lot from her...
P.s. from my experience she was hired by the sellers to sell their home and she worked with me to buy it. I was able to reach her anytime day or night. She truly cared about us in this process even though she didn't have to. I feel as like she would have stopped us from buying had I had an reservations to make sure we didn't get stuck in something that wasn't a home to us. She it truly amazing and no matter what company she is with myself and my family and friends looking to buy or sell will follower her!! No matter what end shes on (buying or selling) she keeps everyone in mind and makes sure everyone gets what they want!
