These guys are scabs. I brought my power washer here for a warranty repair. They didn't tighten the oil drain plug (had to find out the hard way) and they didn't bother to put an o ring back on the carburetor bowl. Don't go here!

Have bought two simplicity mowers from this place. Very hard to get service. Always saying they will get back to you but never do. I'm tired of begging for stuff from this place.its a chore to buy from them. I'm done!
