Did a great job. I buy a new garage door about every 15 years and know nothing about current technology, materials, door construction, etc. Robyn at Garrett was very helpful explaining the various options. Everything from the initial phone call to the service rep coming to look at the garage to the installation was very professional. Love our new door!

Just had a gentleman by the name of Steve come out from Garrett door co. Very friendly! great super service! And he knew exactly what the problem was and tackled it and I must say they are very fair people gave me a very fair price. My garage door is very old along with the springs and he know exactly what to do also added a long metal bar which made my garage door actually more stronger Greased the springs and everything else and it actually is a lot more quieter than it was before. I'm definitely referring family and friends to this company when they need their garages fixed!!!

Garret Door just did a torsion spring fix on my garage door. Very quick to respond and make the repair at a very reasonable price. The door is super quiet during operation now. Great job!
