      image It Almost IMPOSSIBLE to Reach Any Department they ARE NOT ANSWERING the Phone the Only Department that will Answer is the City Clerk they try very Hard to Connect You to the Correct Department is Everyone at City Hall on Break All Day?

      image I have lived in Pontiac 50 years. I can not get anyone in the public works Dept. to call back about the rotted tree in their easement. The storm 7/20/21 took our half the tree and landed on our cars and through the neighbor roof. Also reached out to our council person Mary Pitelia ,is just use less. No response from anyone. Very Disgusted
