Absolutely LOVE working with Versatranz.
As a small business owner (endurance sports apparel), I depend heavily on 3rd party suppliers for help with packaging, labels, etc. We found Versatranz while shopping for heat-transfer materials and have now placed five orders with them over the past 180 days. Their online order system is as straight-forward as they come, their prices are reasonable, and their delivery times are best in the industry.
Above and beyond quality product, their customer support is some of the best I've EVER encountered. Not only is their customer service team courteous and professional, they PROACTIVELY reach out if/when they find a means to save customers money. Their team calls, emails, etc. when they say they will, and they follow up until customers understand exactly what's going on.
Net/net, I can't say enough good things about Versatranz, their product, and their service.

Versatranz customer service is absolutely wonderful. They have top notch quality and I have never had a moment where i felt unappreciated as a client. Even when there are mistakes out of our control Versatranz is first to apologize and rectify the issue. I recommend them to everyone!!

FOR THE FOLLOWING THAT I ORIGINALLY WROTE... I MUST SAY VERSATRANZ REDEEMED THEMSELVES WITH A CALL FROM MANAGEMENT AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE IT RIGHT WITH ME... BRAVO!!!
I WILL START BY SAYING I ORDERED THERE SAMPLES AND PRINTED THEM AND WASHED THEM FOR 4-5 MONTHS WITH EVERY LOAD OF LAUNDRY... PRINT QUALITY IT THERE AND THEY FEEL BETTER THAN 613... BUT THEN YOU GET TO THERE STAFF WORKING THERE... MY FIRST ORDER WAS A NIGHTMARE... THEY PUT THESE LITTLE STICKERS ON THERE SAYING EVERY PRINT INSPECTED! EVERY PRINT HAD A HOLE IN THE INK IN THE SAME PLACE... SO I CALLED TO HAVE THEM REPRINTED THE SAID THE WOULD PRINT THE NEXT DAY AND OVERNIGHT... THEY LIED... AND THEN THEY SAID THE NEXT DAY... THEY LIED... I KEPT CATHING THEM IN THERE LIES VIA, EMAIL, CHAT, AND PHONE... I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOUR JOBS HAVE DEADLINES... IF WHAT YOUR PRINTING IS NOT IN A RUSH TO GET TO YOUR CUSTOMER... THE ONLY GOOD THING I HAVE TO SAY IS I TESTED THERE PRINTS AND THEY ARE SOLID

I ordered a set of transfers from versatranz earlier this month, December, and the colors were off. I then contacted them and requested that they review the colors they printed. They responded by telling me that my cyan in my CMYK cause the colors to look more purple than blue. So I re-ordered and I made sure that my blue was blue. I just got mine water that I paid for myself because my client refused to pay for them, and again they were not blue they were purple. Now that they’ve gone to Christmas break I have no recourse but to wait until they return and so does my client who wants his shirts ASAP. I feel like they don’t want to try to work with me they don’t want to closely examine their work and they want to put the blame on me. This company is to me not professional at all. Customer Service is problematic to say the least.

I just picked up my 4th order from Versatrans. This company is TOP notch from their customer service to their end product. On my most recent order, Tyler and Cheryl both went out of there way to give me some feedback on our design that ultimately ended up a MUCH better heat transfer. Love this company.
